Ready to Start - Leonard Cheshire Disability

Ready to Start is a unique programme that provides the right training, sign-posting and support to enable disabled people to start their own business. The programme is being provided by Leonard Cheshire Disability in partnership with Barclays. In this way Ready to Start combines a unique understanding of disability and enterprise which is ideal for disabled people who are thinking about going into self-employment. Business Place - Advice, loans and support for new start-ups

“Business Place” at 49 Broadway, Stratford is a new opportunity for young people just opening in the Centre of Stratford. Business Place offers a range of business advice, loans and support services suitable for new start-ups. The target group are Newham residents aged 18 to 30 years although the Centre serves all ages. The facilities are available on a flexible basis. There are 16 desks for long-term hire to new start up businesses and also a facility for occasional users in Stratford offering use of the facilities by the hour eg Wi-fi, refreshments, meeting space and telephone.
